Family Lake House Renovation

A modest lakeside cottage was transformed into a sturdy, open, and welcoming vacation home with modern appliances and unbeatable views. We remedied major structural and drainage problems, removed and replaced all drywall and insulation, and turned an unfinished basement into a family play area. Two bathrooms were combined into one and a new master bath was added. We re-purposed the existing kitchen cabinets, adding black granite counter-tops and a beautiful island. White oak floors were installed throughout the home, as well as a standing seam metal roof and solid pine siding.
